International Data Protection
Last update: May 31, 2026
This page explains how Anore applies personal data protections across jurisdictions, including Brazil, the European Economic Area, and other regions.
1. Brazil (LGPD)
For users and organizations in Brazil, data processing follows LGPD principles, legal bases, data subject rights, and incident response requirements.
2. European Economic Area and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For EEA and UK contexts, we apply GDPR-equivalent safeguards: lawful basis mapping, transparency, purpose limitation, minimization, retention control, and rights handling.
3. Other jurisdictions
Where local privacy laws apply (for example U.S. state privacy acts), we process requests and controls according to applicable legal obligations and contractual commitments.
4. Cross-border transfers
When data is transferred internationally, we use technical and organizational safeguards and contractual controls appropriate to applicable regulations.
5. Data subject rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection, and information about data sharing.
